Sally’s Baking Addiction: No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
I just had some delicious chocolate peanut butter bars purchased from a farmer’s market yesterday. I figured I’d try recreating them, and the recipe linked above looks almost exactly like them… except the ones I had clearly didn’t have the graham cracker crumbs.
The problem is, I can see what the author means about the crumbs providing structure to the bar. So, if the crumbs aren’t there, how can I make sure that the bar won’t fail?
