I've been cooking with this for years, but have just started substituting it with lighter non-stick pans recently.
It slowly started being less and less usable because of surface wear.
It's massive and definitely the heaviest pan I own, it does say "cast" on the bottom, but it has a plastic handle and a surface that's getting flaked in a way where I can't tell if it's a non-stick coat or not.
I'd like to know what it is so I know if I throw it away or if it's salvageable.
