I got some fresh Small whiting fish in the morning and thought I’ll bake it rather than deep fry it for health. And just now, I marinated it with ghee, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, Himalayan salt, and couple more spices as I like it hot. I want the flavour to engulf it and want it to be soft and steamy ish.
I have kept it on aluminium foil right now. Will covering it completely with aluminium foil help or just let it not be covered?
How do I bake it perfectly for maximum flavour? I don’t want it to be dry and not tasty. I barely convinced my mom to try it baked as I want her to try baked fish for better health benefits.
