I am considering in buying a deck oven. I’ve been selling sourdough but I can only make a few since I only own a home oven.
I’ve read that using deck ovens to bake bread is going to be a big adjustment from home ovens. Any tips you guys can share? And how long should I be baking Sourdough in deck ovens compared to my 20mins w/ lid and 30mins w/out lid in my home oven? I am very happy with my lodge combo cooker and home oven. But I think it would be wiser to buy a deck oven right now.
