My father has been obsessed with making Pizza lately.. he’s been doing it for a couple months now.
The pizzas come out edible, but it just doesn’t seem to click and look like a real, full fledged pizza. He’s been tweaking things here and there meticulously.. but I can’t help but think it’s the temperature that needs to be higher.
What does a high temp do to a pizza to make it taste better? Does it blend the cheese in better? Etc? Not too sure.
