First try at a choux pastry failed. : AskCulinary


I wanna replicate the recipe from an eclaire i have taste years ago from a place that i have forgotten.

the result from my attempt is that the dough is still wet inside and only has a small pocket. i followed the recipe from this video

also i only have toaster oven for where i bake. if you guys know how i could solve this, that would be grateful
