Ham and cheese sliders in a chafing dish : AskCulinary


I’m bringing ham and cheese sliders to a viewing. Do you think I could prep the sliders, pour the melted butter and poppy mix on top and just let it heat up in a chafing dish? I think if I pop them in the oven with the melted butter to heat it then transport it to the facility and place it back on heat in the chafing dish it will get soggy. What are your thoughts?
