How can I greatest incorporate home made jam into an ice-cream? : AskCulinary

Last summer my grandma from Poland gifted me 6 large jars of her homemade wild rose petal jam. There’s an old-school ice cream store I would visit as a kid which have the most incredible rose jam ice-cream, it was so fragrant and sweet and always reminded me of my grandma’s jam. It was a very pale pink/beige colour but the flavour was so strong. I’m feeling really nostalgic today and I’m living abroad. How can I best re-make this (without an ice-cream maker & limited knowledge on making ice-cream) ? 🙂
