I made smash burgers they usually have been excellent on the primary facet, however did not sear correctly on the opposite facet as a result of they cupped. Unsure what I did mistaken, ought to I smash once more after flipping?
Pretty much that's it, they just cupped and so the bottom didn't sear, when I noticed it I tried to press it down, but that didn't really work. Thanks for any advice.
