I used to be despatched flanken quick ribs slightly than the "regular" lower. What can I do with them (indoors?)



I've had kalbi, and it seems like I'm chewing 100% fat, and is highly unenjoyable besides the marinade. Besides that, I don't have access to a grill, as I'm inside.

Is there anything else I can do with them?
