Is home made bbq sauce nonetheless good after 1.5 weeks? : AskCulinary

Last week I made ribs in the instant pot with onions and stock. Once the ribs were done I added ketchup, brown sugar, spices, etc and blended it up and reduced it to make a super good bbq sauce. We used most on the ribs but saved some and haven’t gotten around to using it. Is it still good? I worry most about the pork drippings and chicken stock that made their way into the sauce. But there is sugar and pepper flakes plus it is pretty thick. Would those be enough to preserve it? I can’t remember exactly what day we made it but I’m pretty sure it was some time last week, so maximum of 2 weeks ago. Thanks for the insight.
