Is there a greater bacon? : AskCulinary

I like adding bacon to some dishes, but I’m really tired of getting bacon that’s 75% fat with very little actual meat. Like this:

Is there a specific type of bacon I should be looking for, or another type of meat that would get the good crispy flavors of bacon without the excess of fat?

I do cook them on a rack in the oven to get them crispy and remove as much fat as possible, and save the fat for other cooking purposes. I’d just like to buy bacon that has a higher meat to fat ratio.
