I’ve leftover BBQ meals. I’m going to blitz the burgers to make ragu and freeze. Ought to I chop and add the sausages to the ragu or do one thing else with them? (And in that case, what?)



We’re a small family (the leftovers were from a bigger event with extended family) so whatever I do with the leftovers I need to freeze it – we can’t eat cold sausage sandwiches for the next three days 😊
