I’ve been wondering recently, how are the sausages on pizza on establishments cooked? No matter which place you get the pizza from, even frozen pizza, it always has the same texture, taste, and consistency. I’m pretty sure they all are using Italian sausage but when I cook Italian sausage at home I dont get that same kind of flavor. Idk if its cause they fry em first, boil, purely oven bake. Maybe they remove the casing? Idk how they prepare em but I can never seem to replicate it, and I really love the sausage on pizza but I want to be able to make it at home without pizza lol.
