Microsoft Flight Simulator-new-3

Microsoft has released the first 2022 update for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The January 6th Update packs a number of stability, weather and VR improvements. Moreover, it features some SDK fixes and tweaks.

Going into more details, this 2022 patch improves management of high proximity METARs to avoid hard weather transitions. Additionally, it enables rain and fog to correctly receive shadows from clouds above.

This patch also fixes the issue that prevented interactions with the toolbar in VR. Not only that, but it some of the VR controller-specific controls that were not available in the binding menu.

As always, Steam and Microsoft Store will automatically download this patch the next time you launch their clients. Below you can also find its complete changelog.
