Pork ribs on hibachi. No pre-cooking? : AskCulinary
Hi!
I’m planning on cooking some baby back ribs on my hibachi (on a grill). Do they cook ok? Or do I have to pre-cook them? Such as simmering, pressure cooker, oven – followed by finishing off on the hibachi.
I’m concerned that raw-straight-onto-hibachi will result in NOT tender.
I was going to cut them into individual ribs, rather than putting the whole rack on.
