Hello, came across a receipt for Sous Vide pot roast and wanted to give it a try. The recipe calls to Sous Vide the roast for 24 hours but also calls to add the vegetables for the full time.
I’ve never Sous Vide vegetables for that long. Any suggestions on when to add the veggies?
I think they would be incredibly mushy if in for 24 hours!
Also, the recipe doesn’t call to cut the roast before Sous Vide but I think that would improve it too. Any thoughts on this as well?
