Th soy beans are boiling rn and i realised that the bean water is pretty fucking delicious in a really awesome umami brothy way.
I hate making soups but it’d go really well with couscous i guess.
I’m wondering if i can reduce it a bunch and freeze it and how long it can keep in there. And any other uses i could have for it?
