I am making pulled pork and my recipe calls for two mugfuls of cider. I'm assuming apple cider since I have seen it in other recipes. I live in Croatia and the only type of cider i know is apple cider vinegar, and we have Somersby, carbonated alcohol apple beverage. Can i use that? While googling cider I have found some pages mentioning alcohol, some without alcohol, and some mentioning vinegar, so which would be right to use for pulled pork?
